Hafil Perincheeri is an engineer-turned-realtor, investor, and builder based in Calgary, Canada, and the Co-Founder and Director of Greencasa. Since 2019, he has been actively involved in real estate, specializing in home flips, property development, and investment strategies. He offers expert guidance on home buying, wholesaling, multifamily investments, and financing options such as CMHC and MLI Select.
